  • This week, in honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, we will begin each day with intention. The goal of beginning your day with intention is to understand that setting intentions can be incredibly beneficial. It helps cultivate a positive and proactive mindset, guiding your daily actions and decisions toward a more fulfilling life. Setting intentions can also lead to improved mental health, as it encourages mindfulness and a focus on the present moment. Today's Intention: I intend to be at peace with the things I cannot control in my life by seeing life less objectively. By enjoying the simple things in life, I will lead by example by being kindhearted and true to myself. The act of kindness could be minuscule, but the effect could be substantial. It has a ripple effect, inspiring others to pay it forward.
